On this website, my passion for learning, writing and traveling intersect. While my bookshelves may display my commitment to be a lifelong learner, my stories reflect a deeper understanding of the world. The content and images accumulated through decades of travel are used when writing travel stories, in creating website content, and in supporting brands through ambassador programs. If you are interested in collaborating with me on an upcoming project or creating an affiliate marketing agreement, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
ONLINE SITES AND PRINT MEDIA EDITORS
I create travel and lifestyle stories for online sites and print media. My award-winning stories based on extensive domestic and international travel focus on adventure, food and beverages, historical sites, Jewish culture and history, luxury boomer travel, and intergenerational travel. I am always open to working with new publishers and editors. For writing samples, please read my NATJA Gold Medal culinary story, Bar Shuka: A Taste of Israeli Cuisine in Frankfurt, as well as my NATJA Silver Medal culture story, Exposing the Jewish History of a Medieval German Town.
WEBSITES
I collaborate with companies to draft relevant content conforming to a brand’s message. These engaging stories appeal to specific audiences. I can also update or rewrite existing website content. I design quality content to increase brand recognition. Read my KUHL Born in the Mountains story about Machu Picchu.
BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS
I welcome the opportunity to partner with public relations representatives, destinations, hotels and resorts, attractions, historical sites, restaurants and cafes, annual events as well as with brands that are used by travelers. As a brand ambassador, I can utilize my travel adventures to promote a product or service. I am also amenable to promoting products via affiliate marketing. PUBLISHERS AND BOOK AGENTS
I am a flexible writer who has successfully written for a wide range of genres. While pursuing my master’s degree in Jewish Studies, I researched and wrote biographical essays conforming to different guidelines. These articles are on my Jewish Women’s Archive’s author page.
After living as an ex-pat, my writing included less formal writing styles. My award-winning memoir, May This Be the Best Year of Your Life, opened the door to additional travel and writing experiences.
I contributed chapters to two books— My Gutsy Story Anthology: True Stories of Love, Courage, and Adventure from Around the World and Rock Star Travel Writers: 15 stellar travel journalists offer practical advice to speed up your entry into the competitive field of travel writing.
I am currently researching an upcoming book and am interested in new writing assignments.
